Job Description: Onymos is a fast-growing, Series A software company transforming how health sciences process documents and data at scale. We’re looking for a web developer who will share bold ideas, challenge our assumptions, and teach us new things.
What’s the job?
 Own how user experiences are built by turning designs into working code, optimized for performance, accessibility, and interactivity.
 Advocate for UX best practices. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
 Stay on top of new UI/UX trends, JavaScript libraries, and other emerging tools.
 Build and maintain the company website (Webflow) and its product applications (React, Angular) to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
 Provide technical support to customers, sales, and marketing.
 Rapidly adapt to product changes and priorities.

Who are you?
You are a supportive, thoughtful individual who approaches challenges with curiosity, determination, and drive. You embrace every task with enthusiasm and dedication.
Your qualifications must include:

 3+ years of professional experience as a front-end, web, or UI/UX developer.
 Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with traditional web development technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.
 Hands-on experience developing in Webflow.
 Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

What makes you stand out?

 A BS or MS in Computer Science, User Experience Design, or related fields such as Software Engineering or Human-Computer Interaction.
 Portfolio highlights that demonstrate creativity and technical execution in Webflow.
 Experience beyond front-end development, such as working with AI/ML technologies or expertise in additional programming languages like Java, Swift, Kotlin, C++, or C#.
 Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey your vision, ideas, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 Based in the Bay Area (California), with the ability to collaborate in person when needed.
