If you're passionate about data-driven optimization and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.This is a hybrid role: 2 days remote, 3 days in the office Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement A/B, multivariate, and experience targeting tests using Adobe TargetDevelop personalized content experiences and audience segmentsIntegrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics, AEM, Launch (Tags), and other Martech toolsCollaborate with multi-functional teams to define hypotheses and optimization goalsCode user experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript across platformsAnalyze test results and provide actionable insights based on performance metricsEnsure accurate tracking, tagging, and reportingTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Target deploymentsStay ahead of with Adobe Target capabilities and propose innovative use casesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Digital marketing, web development, or equivalent experience4+ years of validated proven experience, including 3+ years with Adobe Target (VEC, Form-based, APIs)Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, RESTful APIs, JSON, and XMLExpertise in AT.js, Adobe Launch, Web SDK, and server/client-side Target implementationExperience integrating Target with Adobe Experience Platform (Analytics, CJA, CDP)Familiarity with HTML DOM, browser script loading, and developer toolsUnderstanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP)Experience with AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across teamsExperience in B2B, B2C, or eCommerce settings within large enterprisesPreferred QualificationsAdobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform or equivalentExperience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Mobile SDKAdditional DetailsThis job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
