We encourage professional development to ensure you bring innovative ideas to our products while satisfying your own intellectual curiosity.What you’ll doDesign, implement, and maintain data services and adapters in a microservices architecture aligned to the requirements of both investment professionals and services team.Influence the design of custom plugins and interoperable, standalone applications that will extend existing capabilities and expose new features to our end-usersWork extensively with commodity and energy datasets (both structured and unstructured) to provide key pre-trade analytics, insights, and recommendationsInfluence DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, supporting the technology build, deploy, and release processesInfluence the design and execution of test automation frameworks for integrated plugin development and external interfacesDevelop a quantitative understanding of commodity and energy risk, financial, and position datasetsSolve complex and challenging problems through the application of innovative solutions leveraging the latest technologyLearn from talented investment professional and services colleagues to deepen your understanding of these marketsWhat’s REQUIREDMinimum of 5-7 years of financial industry experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, trading environmentBachelor’s or advanced degree in finance or an engineering field Extensive experience designing and implementing solutions for trading, risk, finance, and operations within business-aligned technology teams.Experience integrating financial technology platforms with the broader enterprise architecture, with an understanding of ETL processes for handling large volumes of financial dataDemonstrable knowledge of SQL for retrieving and organizing datasetsExperience with OpenLink Endur and working with commodity and energy asset class data Strong working knowledge of financial trading concepts, risk analytics, financial reportingAdvanced and detail-oriented data analytical skills, with focus on data accuracy and consistencyCollaborative mindset, with strong written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to the highest ethical standardsWe take care of our peopleWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
