Our employees are typically MS/PhD holders in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science, though we will also consider candidates with equivalent demonstrated expertise and a strong passion for communications software development and signal processing. Responsibilities Design and implement advanced communications software solutions and contribute to the development of AI-assisted tools for communications system design and optimization. Develop efficient algorithms and real-time implementations for wireless systems. Collaborate with researchers and engineers on SDR prototyping and DSP algorithm integration. Develop and maintain automated testing to ensure code quality and system reliability. Document architectures, algorithms, and results for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computational Mathematics or related field (exceptional BS candidates will be considered). 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or wireless communications. Strong programming skills in C++ and Python. Proficiency in Linux development environments. Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows. Hands-on experience with wireless systems design and implementation. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to wireless systems. Preferred Skills & Experience (Relevant but Not Required) Experience with transceiver design and implementation, including pulse shaping, clock recovery, channel equalization, and coding. Experience with software-defined radios (SDRs) and open-source DSP frameworks such as GNU Radio, liquid-dsp, SoapySDR, Redhawk SDR, or Ettus UHD. Proficiency in MATLAB for modeling and simulation. Background in CI/CD practices and automated testing in Git-based pipelines. Experience with FPGA-based implementations for communications or DSP applications.
