You'll design, build, and optimize robust solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 CE and Azure to meet the evolving needs of behavioral health practices across the country. You'll work alongside a highly collaborative team of architects, analysts, and fellow engineers to deliver intuitive, secure, and impactful technology that directly supports the delivery of care. Key Responsibilities -Architect, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based services and system integrations using Microsoft Azure -Design, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions to support complex healthcare workflows -Collaborate closely with solution architects, business analysts, and engineering peers to ensure platform alignment with strategic goals -Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices -Participate in peer reviews, contribute to the evolution of engineering standards, and help drive our technical roadmap -Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve product performance and developer productivity Ideal Candidate Profile -5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on C#/.NET -Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement); Power Platform knowledge is a strong plus -Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services Solid understanding of modern software engineering principles, including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps pipelines -Previous experience in the healthcare or behavioral health industry is highly desirable -Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills -Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,547.95 - $130,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote   If you require alternative methods of application or screening, you must approach the employer directly to request this as Indeed is not responsible for the employer's application process.
