Job Description: 
 Responsibilities: Application programming and database support to the DMC staff. They will create fully functional software programs written in C# using Microsoft .NET Core technologies. They will create and update system documentation to include class diagrams, database ERDs and related artifacts to comply with VA ATO requirements.
 Minimum/General Experience: Five (5) years in software and database development using Microsoft .NET Core / SQL Server technologies. Strong experience with C#, Web technologies, and T-SQL is a requirement for this position. The contractor should have strong experience in C# and web technologies such as .NET Core Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, etc. At least one (1) year development experience with Microsoft Power BI is desired, but not required. Due to the close working nature with OAA business stakeholders, the contractor should have excellent personal skills.
 Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
