 Flutter Developer – Super App (Equity-Based)
 Location: Remote
 Commitment: Part-Time (20 hrs/week) | Full-Time Post-Launch
 Compensation: Equity-Based (20,000–150,000 shares based on performance & milestones)

What You’ll Do:

 Lead the design, development, and optimization of Halen’s cross-platform mobile application using Flutter
 Build intuitive and performant UI with Dart and Flutter for both iOS and Android
 Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless, scalable features
 Ensure code quality through unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern best practices
 Optimize app performance and scalability for a super app with multiple integrated services
 Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape our evolving tech stack

What We’re Looking For:

 4–6+ years of mobile development experience with a strong focus on Flutter
 Proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework (including widgets, state management, animations)
 Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDK integration
 Familiarity with architectural patterns like BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod
 Experience shipping apps to the App Store and Google Play
 Bonus: Experience with GraphQL or microservices
 Strong product mindset — you care about user experience and seamless cross-platform flow
 Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments
 Excellent communication and a collaborative spirit
