Document all opportunities in the CRM—no loose ends. Weekly Coordinate with Closers on expansion plays and pipeline movement. Proactively resolve issues within 24 hours and follow through to green status. Monthly Lead strategy calls: present wins, identify gaps, pitch solutions, and close upsells live. Ask for reviews, testimonials, and referrals when momentum is highest. Promote revenue drivers like Platinum Upgrades, Press Releases, and Super Schema. What Winning Looks Like Month-over-month growth in AOV and LTV. Churn near zero because the client feels ROI at each step. A steady referral pipeline producing warm, high-value leads. Clean CRM hygiene with every upsell opportunity tracked and advanced. Revenue targets hit or exceeded because you saw the gaps and closed them.
