Full job description
Key Responsibilities & Job Description:

Research, design, and develop computer software and production applications. Independently develop and consistently redesign/refactor product to adapt to customer and associate needs.
Involved in product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning and production monitoring.
Mentor less experienced engineers. Develop test suites to enable the success and rapid deployment of code to production.
Collaborate with other team members in agile processes.
Work with the Product Team to ensure user stories are valuable, developer-ready, easy to understand and testable.
Deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Help grow junior engineers by providing guidance on modern software development frameworks and leading technical discussions.
Telecommuting available.
Minimum Qualifications:

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Requires 5 years of experience involving each of the following:

Java/JavaScript
SQL
Spring/Struts
Distributed Programming
