Job Description
This is a remote position.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be the engineering heart of our product. You'll work directly with the product manager to rapidly prototype, build, and launch the core platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll touch every part of the stack, from the database to the UI. You won't just be writing code; you'll be a key partner in making critical technical and product decisions that will shape the Product.

Collaborate with product management to rapidly prototype features and iterate based on feedback.
Design and implement backend services in Python/FastAPI with a focus on security, scalability, and clean APIs.
Build responsive React frontends (with Ionic integration) to deliver a smooth experience across desktop and mobile.
Integrate external APIs (e.g., payments, FX rates, authentication, contractor data).
Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
Work closely with the team to deliver value in short iterations.
Mentor other developers in engineering best practices.
Design and evolve software architectures in a rapid development environment.


Requirements
+6 years of proven experience as a full-stack developer (Python backend + React frontend).
Strong hands-on experience with Fast API.
Proficiency in React (hooks, context, state management, REST/GraphQL consumption).
Experience with Ionic or similar frameworks for mobile responsiveness.
Experience with Microservices.
Experience using AI for accelerating software development.
Wide experience with Replit or other collaborative prototyping AI platforms.
Understanding of API integrations.
Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD workflows, and testing frameworks.
Ability to work independently in a startup-style environment: self-starter, creative, and resourceful.
