Summary We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Business Analyst and/or Oracle Analytic Cloud developer to join our team at LocalPeople LLC. This position is techno-functional skillset that blends business analyst, developer and leadership skills. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to assist clients with PeopleSoft ERP support and enhancements and Oracle Analytic Cloud report development ensuring they maximize the value of their systems. Responsibilities Functional knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Oracle Business Intelligence to understand reporting integration is a plus. Experience in PeopleSoft version 9.2 Modules: Grants, Project Costing, Customer Contracts, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Accounts Payable. Strong grasp of application security best practices, particularly within Oracle APEX (e.g. applying proper access controls, preventing SQL injection and XSS, utilizing APEX’s built-in security features) Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries. Understanding of relational database design and normalization principles. Strong proficiency in Oracle APEX, including version-specific features and capabilities. Proficiency in using APEX components such as forms, reports, charts, and interactive grids. Experience with PL/SQL for writing procedures, functions, and triggers. Solid understanding of Oracle database architecture and SQL/PLSQL. Knowledge of SQL-Plus or SQL Developer for database interaction. Experience with tools like Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, or similar. Familiarity with using and creating custom APEX plugins. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizations and enhancements.
