Job Description: Requirements:
 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
 3+ years of technical leadership experience driving complex projects.
 Strong background in distributed systems and scalable architectures.
 Experience building and scaling marketplace platforms or similar complex systems.
 A track record of making significant technical decisions that impacted product direction.
 Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.
 Strong understanding of AI concepts and their practical applications.
 Experience with AI/ML platform development.
 Must have Python and Ruby on Rails coding experience. 
 Background in talent matching algorithms or recommendation systems.
 Experience with large-scale data processing and analytics.
 Familiarity with global compliance and data privacy requirements.
 A track record of publishing technical content or speaking at conferences.
 Experience working with distributed, remote teams.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
