We are launching Mobile App V1 now, with AI-powered monetization and fan engagement rolling out aggressively in the next 3–6 months.The RoleWe are looking for a highly hands-on Chief AI & Machine Learning Officer (CAI/MLO) to design, implement, and scale the entire Vibes AI Core — personalization, recommendation, AI-powered fan/creator interactions, and safety systems. Unlike advisory roles, this is a builder role: you will be coding, fine-tuning, and deploying models directly. Key Responsibilities End-to-End AI Development Architect, train, and deploy LLMs, multimodal GenAI, and recommender systems tailored for fan–creator engagement. Implement personalization engine, smart replies, and content safety systems as defined in the 1–3–6 month roadmap. Build embeddings + vector DB pipelines (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for search, recommendations, and safety. Hands-On Model Engineering Fine-tune LLaMA, GPT models, and BERT for chat, recommendation, and monetization use-cases. Apply SFT, RLHF (PPO, DPO, GRPO), LoRA/QLoRA quantization, speculative decoding for optimized inference. Experiment with text2video, text2image, and voice cloning models for fan–creator avatars and interactions. AI Safety & Governance Implement real-time content moderation, bias testing, hallucination reduction. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and platform safety standards. Work with QA/security teams to integrate AI safety validation into CI/CD pipelines. Scalable Infrastructure Deploy AI models on AWS (SageMaker, ECS/Fargate, Lambda). Optimize inference cost (target <$1K/mo infra spend for MVP stage). Build monitoring dashboards for AI performance, accuracy, bias, and drift. Collaboration & Leadership Mentor engineers on AI/ML best practices. Translate VibesMeet’s product goals into AI research → production pipelines. Hire and build a lean but elite AI team once funding closes. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves 10+ years in AI/ML with proven hands-on model training, fine-tuning, and deployment. Deep expertise in transformers, RLHF, multimodal GenAI, and vector DB search. Fluency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, CUDA, AWS cloud. Strong background in AI safety, ethics, and alignment techniques. Experience working in startup or scrappy environments where you build alone first. Nice-to-Haves Prior experience with social, content, or creator economy platforms. Publications/patents in AI/ML. Exposure to agentic AI systems (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace agents). Familiarity with Appium, JMeter, MobSF, or other testing/QA tooling for AI-driven features. Why Join Us?
