This role requires a creative problem-solver with 5-7 years of experience who can bridge the gap between design and development, creating intuitive user experiences for complex AI systems. The ideal candidate will own the entire design-to-development pipeline, conduct user research, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional digital experiences that make AI accessible and stakeholders Design System Development & ImplementationBuild and maintain comprehensive design systems, component libraries, and style guidesCreate high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive demonstrations using modern design toolsDevelop responsive designs that work seamlessly across web, mobile, and tablet experiencesCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designsEstablish design quality standards and review processes to maintain consistencyFrontend Development & Technical ExecutionTranslate designs into clean, efficient, and Sketch, or similar)Advanced frontend development skills in React, Vue, Flutter, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+Experience with design systems, component libraries, and modern frontend
