We are driving the future of AI-driven investment accounting SaaS! In fact, we were recently named to CB Insights’ List of the 100 Most Innovative Fintech Startups and Forbes’ list of best startup employers.As a Technical Product Support Engineering Team Lead, you will work within our Customer Success group as a technical liaison and leader. Working directly with clients, you will gather and understand the requirements to implement FundGuard. This role will manage a small team of client facing technical resources. The team is charged with supporting the business implementation team by establishing FundGuard environments, building integration to external systems as well as acting as tier 2 support.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work directly with clients to integrate customers’ upstream and downstream systems with FundGuardIntegrate customer data into FundGuard’s Data model Develop and implement codebase as determined by custom client needsManage and enhance live product data pipelinesSupport prospect Proof of concept and new customer onboarding process and production managementCollaborate with the client success team as well as with FundGuard's customersWorking closely with and supporting the development teamsSupport CS team on use of Data Mapping ToolEstablish relationships to obtain data and subject knowledge needed to support the data pipelinesManage and support direct reports on the technical product support teamProvide Tier 2 support on functional issuesAssist and manage triage of critical client issues            
            RequirementsB.A. in Computer Science, Analytics, Economics/Accounting , Information Systems or applicable degreeMUST be willing to work on-site in a hybrid modelPermanent U.S. work authorization REQUIRED (NO STEM-OPT)5+ years’ experience working as a data analyst or in software development4+ years’ experience working in technical solutions and/or technical support in a client-facing capacityPreferred experience working in SaaS integrationsPreferred experience working in financial markets or fintech domainPreferred working knowledge in some coding language; Java, NoSQL, scripting languagesProduction experience with managing data pipelinesPreferred experience in supporting a team of direct reportsAbility to delegate roles and responsibilities within a fast-paced environmentAbout FundGuard:FundGuard is the new generation investment accounting utility for asset managers and their service providers.
