• About the Role
• We’re looking for a Technical Lead to join our Agent Journey team — a cross-functional group focused on scaling the platforms and systems that power our agents’ day-to-day success. You’ll play a critical role in designing, building, and evolving core infrastructure across Salesforce (Propertybase), AWS, and other internal tools that fuel how opportunities flow into the business.
• This is a hands-on leadership role — one where you’ll drive architecture, guide external vendors, contribute code, and help shape the technical roadmap. If you're passionate about scalable design, observability, and building systems that serve real users in a fast-moving environment, we want to talk.

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems (Salesforce or similar enterprise platform)
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow (or willingness to ramp quickly)
• Strong understanding of modular system design, CI/CD, and environment management
• Experience with modern programming languages (TypeScript, Python, Go)
• Practical experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS)
• Familiar with microservices and event-driven architecture
• Proven ability to lead distributed or vendor-based engineering teams
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across Product, BI, and Engineering
• Comfortable balancing speed with technical integrity — and leading by example
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like DataDog (or equivalent)
• Strong production-awareness — able to design for scale, uptime, and quick diagnostics
• Committed to testability, maintainability, and streamlined deployments
