📋 Description
• Lead a team of developers while architecting scalable solutions using React.js, Node.js, and Go (Golang)
• Make critical architecture decisions
• Mentor engineers and set coding standards
• Collaborate with product/CTO to align tech with business goals
• Hands-on code for complex features/POCs
• Define tech stack strategy (evaluation/adoption of React, Node, gRPC, Go, etc.)
• Lead system design for scalability (microservices, APIs, cloud infra)
• Review code and enforce best practices (testing, security, performance)
• Conduct technical interviews and build high-performing teams
• Run tech sprints and R&D initiatives
• Foster engineering culture (knowledge sharing, innovation)
• Build React.js frontends (TypeScript, Next.js)
• Develop Node.js backend services (Nest.js, Express)
• Implement Go components for high-throughput systems
• Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Kafka)

🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of React.js and TypeScript for frontend development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and GraphQL for backend development, with experience in Go (Golang)
• Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP cloud platforms and Kubernetes orchestration
• Proven ability to implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and monitoring with DataDog.
• Good to have: React Native in mobile development.
