📋 Description
• Lead and mentor React Native developers; provide technical guidance, oversight, and code quality enforcement.
• Architect and optimize the mobile app for performance, scalability, and reliability (including GPS mapping and routing-based functionality).
• Support implementation efforts as needed—this is not purely oversight; ability to contribute code is required.
• Work with product managers and designers to define technical requirements, feasibility, timelines, and implementation details.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure consistent, maintainable code.
• Oversee deployment and app-store release readiness, resolving technical issues as they arise.
• Troubleshoot complex mobile issues and propose practical solutions rooted in performance and stability.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders, explaining technical recommendations in clear, accessible terms.
• Keep the team aligned with best practices, new technologies, and forward-looking mobile standards.

🎯 Requirements
• Strong expertise in React Native mobile development
• Experience leading a mobile engineering team or serving as a technical lead on software projects
• Proven experience launching and deploying mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
• Experience optimizing mobile apps for performance, stability, and quality
• Experience collaborating with designers, product teams, and client stakeholders
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
