Job Description: Role SummaryThe Senior Software Engineer collaborates on a scalable, next-generation platform and brings experience with defining, implementing, and shipping software that delivers high-impact value to our customers. This role prioritizes writing clean and performant code and can work on front-end or back-end tasks.The Engineer helps resolve performance and scalability problems and develops functionality to allow investors to evaluate investment opportunities, complete an online investment transaction workflow, build a real estate portfolio, track investment performance, and chart returns.The Success You'll BuildDesign, implement, and deliver production-quality code to support new features on our product roadmapResearch new technologies and solutionsWork with product management and partners to understand our requirements and provide accurate estimationsCollaborate on our technology roadmap and turn visions into realityDocument all code; share and communicate with others on the engineering teamProvide technical guidance and mentoring to mid and junior-level engineersThe Experiences and Competencies Necessary for Success8+ years experience as a software engineer building web APIs in .NET with recent experience in modern .NET (.NET Core and newer)8+ years experience building responsive web applications using React8+ years experience working directly with relational databases using Entity FrameworkExperience with git version control and associated toolingExperience writing and delivering secure, compliant, and scalable codeDesire to mentor and educate team membersPreferred QualificationsExperience with Shadcn UIExperience with GraphQL APIsExperience building Blazor Web applications using MudBlazorExperience working in the real estate or financial industry.Expert knowledge of the Azure cloud and associated toolingExperience building containerized web applicationsCompensation & Benefits StatementThe estimated salary range for this position in Location is $140,000 - $180,000 per year.
