Solution Architects onboard new customers to ensure that customers are able to install, manage and monitor poolside's platform.YOUR MISSIONWork with customers to deliver a scalable poolside product by customizing the deployment scripts to fit specific customer infrastructure requirements.RESPONSIBILITIESYou will use your expertise and customer knowledge, to support the engineering team to design and implement, performant, secure, and scalable solutions while building a standard poolside platform.SKILLS & EXPERIENCECollaborate with customers to adapt the cloud architecture to the customer reality while ensuring high availability, scalability, and securityCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, procedures, and customer interactionsLead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutionsComfortable with distributed systemsData pipelines, distributed processing, fault tolerance, performance optimizationMessage queues, event-driven architectures, e.g. Kafka, Google pub/subClouds: managed services, storage.
