You’ll be the technical expert who helps prospective and existing customers understand how Komodor solves their Kubernetes challenges, accelerates incident response, and drives business value.Proactively support sales opportunities and help grow customer adoption.Build trusted relationships with DevOps, SREs, Platform Engineers, and executives.Translate complex Kubernetes problems into clear solutions and outcomes.Represent Komodor in the CNCF community and industry events.Continuously feed insights back to Product and GTM teams to improve our offering. RequirementsYou are3+ years working with enterprise sales and customer experience teams.Fluent in Cloud, Containers, Kubernetes, Helm; ++ if you code in languages like Go, Python, or NodeJS.Deep understanding of modern SDLC processes (GitOps, ArgoCD, FluxCD).Experienced in selling or supporting SaaS infrastructure products.Strong communicator, able to explain the business value of complex technology.Skilled in building champions, managing time/resources, and running technical sales cycles.High EQ, authentic, and relationship-driven.Passionate about customer success and growing your career in a high-momentum market.What you will doPartner with Sales to qualify, scope, and close opportunities.Run technical demos, POCs, and workshops tailored to customer needs.Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, and CSMs.Provide guidance on Kubernetes troubleshooting, scaling, and optimization.Act as the “voice of the customer” to product teams with feedback and insights.Represent Komodor at conferences, meetups, and CNCF community events.Continuously improve sales tools, processes, and technical enablement.Most importantly: at Komodor, you’ll be challenged, learn, teach, and collaborate with a fun team building an amazing culture together.Think you are G.R.E.A.T.
