📋 Description
• Collaborate with project team(s) to identify client requirements
• Participate in, and sometimes lead, standard process ceremonies, such as regular stand-ups, backlog grooming, planning, demos, retrospectives, etc.
• Produce well-designed, testable, efficient code under close supervision
• Ensure code produced meets standards for security, quality, and accessibility
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• Deploying applications to internal and external environments
• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software
• Participate in learning activities such as pairing with other developers, online video instruction, conferences, etc.
• Mentoring of more junior developers on project and functional team
• Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects, onboarding new developers, or for hand-off to the client's technical team
• Performs other duties as assigned that are reasonably within scope of this position.

🎯 Requirements
• approximately 5 years of relevant experience.
• experience developing applications for Content Management Systems.
• Experience with Sitecore is a plus.
