📋 Description
• Assist in developing, testing, documenting and deploying high quality software into production
• Shadow and eventually participate in the on-call rotation and assists where possible with troubleshooting software issues
• Escalate when tasks or projects hit roadblocks
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge
• Participate and contribute to sprint planning discussions
• Develop a fundamental understanding of our industry, product, feature set, and roadmap
• Remain current on the latest technologies and trends in software development

🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• 1+ years of experience with full-stack development (Java and React)
• Good understanding of Spring & React frameworks and microservices
• 1+ years working with agile software product delivery and SCRUM methodology
• Good understanding of software development concepts and programming languages gained through education, training or self-learning
• Able to effectively communicate complex technical subjects to a variety of audiences
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
