• Help train large-language models (LLMs) to write production-grade code

🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in Go
• Strong code-review instincts—spot logic errors, performance traps, and security issues quickly.
• Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
• Enjoy reading documentation and thrive in an asynchronous, low-oversight environment.
• No prior RLHF or AI training experience needed.
• No deep machine learning knowledge required, if can review and critique code clearly, will teach the rest.
