Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in either mobile or web software developmentMobile languages/frameworks:Native languages such as Swift or Kotlin are preferredOR Web Development:.NET (Web Development), C#, React, Azure1 - 2 years of experience managing direct reportsProven experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teamsStrong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience leading agile practices (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews)Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating technical challenges and opportunities for improvementSome of the items you'll tackle include: Build relationships, coach, and develop your team members through regular 1:1sTake responsibility for all aspects of the SDLC, including leading/overseeing all scrum activities (stand-up, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, stakeholder meetings)Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to establish the roadmap of your assigned apps and services within the Core Services.Acting as the point of contact for the project(s) you'll be responsible for, and responding to queries from within and outside the departmentDrive adoption of mobile best practices, including offline-first design, efficient networking, and app lifecycle managementBENEFITS & PERKS:Part of our mission statement is to provide a great life for our employees.
