• This is a remote position. Software Developer — join a dynamic, fast-moving software consulting company that thrives on solving complex business challenges through smart, efficient software solutions. You’ll help transform data into structured systems, integrate platforms, and refine AI-generated code to deliver seamless, high-quality results for clients.\n• What You'll Do: Convert Excel spreadsheets into structured, computer-readable databases.\n• Debug and refine AI-generated code (via Cursor – training will be provided) to ensure functionality, efficiency, and client-ready quality.\n• Execute backend development tasks in JavaScript/TypeScript.\n• Collaborate with the lead developer to implement pre-defined software architecture and integration plans.\n• Ensure projects are completed quickly and accurately, addressing issues and refinements in real time.\n• Maintain organized communication for each project in designated WhatsApp and Google Meet channels.\n• Who You'll Work With: Work closely with a highly skilled lead developer who sets the architecture and guides integration strategy, alongside a small but fast-moving technical team. Collaboration is constant, with open communication channels to ensure speed and precision in every project.\n• Who We're Looking For: JavaScript/TypeScript Proficiency: Experience writing, reading, and preferably debugging backend code; Python considered if skills are exceptional.\n• Debugging Skills: Capable of identifying basic code issues in AI-generated code.\n• Fast-Paced Execution: Comfortable delivering high-quality results quickly in a high-volume work environment.\n• Adaptability: Able to learn to work with AI tools like Cursor.\n• Collaborative Mindset: Willing to follow established architecture and work closely with the lead developer on task execution.\n• Attention to Detail: Ensure code and data outputs meet accuracy, usability, and visual standards.\n• Experience: General work experience is required.
