📋 Description
• Architect, prototype, and deploy custom BIM automation workflows, plugins, and web apps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Sales, BIM, Product) to gather requirements and build intuitive technical solutions
• Integrate Autodesk APIs (APS, Revit API, BIM360, ACC) to enhance model data accessibility and coordination
• Lead version control (Git/GitHub) practices, code reviews, and release processes
• Conduct unit and system testing; manage automation and quality assurance pipelines
• Build scalable dashboards and management tools to streamline user, project, and model data workflows
• Provide technical scoping, UI/UX feedback, and support for client-facing software solutions
• Document processes and build tools to help the team scale reproducible solutions across hundreds of models and thousands of users

🎯 Requirements
• 6–10 years of professional software development experience
• Skilled in both backend logic and front-end user workflows
• Experience developing for BIM environments, especially Revit and Forge APIs
• Strong product sense and ability to translate architectural workflows into scalable tools
• Comfortable owning complex, multi-stage automation projects across distributed teams
• Excellent communicator and proactive partner to non-technical stakeholders
• Must be a self-starter and strong team player
