📋 Description
• Lead technical implementation of the ServiceNow DPR module, aligning with enterprise release management processes and ITIL standards
• Design, configure, and customize DPR workflows, forms, and reports to support centralized release tracking, prioritization, and conflict resolution
• Integrate DPR with existing tools (Jira, Jira-Xray, LoadRunner) and future platform upgrades
• Create role-based dashboards and automated notifications for stakeholders
• Implement calendar integrations for release and interface testing schedules
• Define and maintain DPR data governance, access controls, and audit requirements
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow customization in a multi-tenant, multi-business unit environment
• Train Release Managers and stakeholders on DPR functionality and reporting
• Troubleshoot and optimize the DPR environment to ensure reliability and performance

🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in ServiceNow administration/development, including at least 3 years in Release or Change Management modules
• Proven expertise configuring and deploying the ServiceNow DPR module in complex organizations
• Strong integration skills with enterprise testing and project management tools
• Experience implementing ITIL-based release management workflows in ServiceNow
• Ability to translate process requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
