📋 Description
• Own the technical architecture, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery from MVP to commercial launch.
• Translate business and product goals into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute directly to development, especially on frontend and integrations.
• Collaborate with the Founders to define scope and deliver a market-ready product.
• Manage third-party integrations (e.g., social APIs, analytics, messaging, payments).
• Set up scalable serverless infrastructure using AWS services.
• Build a mobile-first, highly responsive user experience.
• Define and implement tracking, analytics, and reporting for key KPIs (e.g., engagement, referrals, rewards).
• Recruit, mentor, and manage technical talent as the company scales.

🎯 Requirements
• Must-Have Technical Skills
• Full-stack engineering experience, ideally in SaaS startups.
• Strong proficiency in React/Next.js
• Hands-on experience with AWS Amplify and Amazon Cognito
• Comfortable with integrating external APIs
• Familiarity with cloud-native, serverless architectures
• Solid understanding of performance optimization, UX, and responsive design
• Leadership & Execution Skills
• Proven ability to lead development from zero to one (MVP to launch)
• Comfortable working closely with founders in lean startup environments
• Strong technical project management and prioritization skills
• Experience recruiting and managing small engineering teams
• Openness to evolving into a CTO role post-launch
