📋 Description
• Architect and implement scalable multi-tenant backend systems for AI agent workflows, including agent configuration, offline evaluation, synthetic data generation, workflow simulation, agent marketplace, etc., using AKS, FastAPI, etc.
• Collaborate with Design team to architect frontend experiences and workflows for onboarding technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop observability frameworks to ensure 99.9%+ uptime through monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures.
• Evaluate and integrate GenAI frameworks, libraries and vendors; hybrid cloud with AWS/GCP as backup.
• Architect scalable, high-performance ML platforms capable of processing large data volumes and real-time decision making.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent applications; robust testing, deployment, monitoring.
• Ensure production readiness, security, regulatory compliance; optimize latency and throughput.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and MLOps tools.
• Act as tech lead; mentoring, design reviews, performance tuning; establish engineering standards; create documentation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams; translate concepts; present roadmaps to leadership.

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; an advanced degree (master’s or Ph.D.) is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining multi-tenant AIML systems and platforms in production environments.
• 10+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• 8+ years of experience with backend systems/tools (Kubernetes, Temporal, OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, Neo4J, etc.); Docker, container optimization, and multi-stage builds; Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.
• 4+ years of experience building front-end web applications using React and/or Next.JS.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, etc., with a strong emphasis on coding excellence.
• Proficiency in AIML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langraph, etc.
• Extra credit for AI coding tools such as Cursor.
• Demonstrated leadership: mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
• Understanding of AI safety, model governance, regulatory compliance.
• Background in regulated industries; data privacy and cybersecurity review processes.
• Experience with Langsmith/Langraph, Autogen, N8N, Crew.ai, Dify.ai, etc., and LLM-based AI agent workflows.
• Experience using both open source and proprietary LLMs for tasks.
