📋 Description
•Provide critical input and be able to influence technical direction.
•Architect backend and ML end-to-end solutions for millions of users to drive organic bookings and improve user experience
•Influence and collaborate with stakeholders to adopt team goals and roadmaps.
•Work with cross functional partners (Product Managers, MLEs, DS, Analytics etc) to design and deliver high-quality systems.
•Mentor engineers on day to day basis to ensure quality and directions, both within and outside of the organisation

🎯 Requirements
•12+ years of industry experience as backend engineer with a BS, MS or PhD in a relevant field
•Experience in building and scaling high-quality and high-traffic products (or systems).
•Ability to evaluate technical approaches and design product solutions to solve real-world problems.
•Ability to drive alignment, manage projects and effectively collaborate with large scale stakeholders.
•Experience working with ML solutions and product platforms is a plus
•Experience working in merchandising and discovery domains is a plus
