📋 Description
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and performant backend systems using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of Woliba’s core SaaS platform to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend functionalities with frontend components.
• Optimize the platform for maximum speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest Laravel and PHP advancements to leverage modern best practices in our development processes.
• Backend Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support the platform’s functionality and third-party integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns.
• Develop robust backend systems for user authentication, reporting, and data management.
• System Optimization: Implement caching, queuing, and other optimization strategies to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with frontend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Testing and Documentation: Write unit, integration, and functional tests to maintain platform reliability.
• Create clear technical documentation for features, APIs, and workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s knowledge-sharing culture.

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with PHP and Laravel.
• Proficiency in database design and management (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
