In this role, you'll tackle complex technical challenges around AI-driven personalization, intelligent message optimization, and scalable system architecture while mentoring fellow engineers and driving technical excellence across our platform.You'll work closely with our engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Manager, and collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver impactful features that leverage artificial intelligence to create more meaningful customer experiences.YOU WILLAI-Driven Development & InnovationBuild intelligent systems that learn and adapt from customer behavior patterns in real-timeDevelop predictive algorithms that optimize message timing, content, and personalization at scaleCreate self-improving recommendation engines that automatically enhance campaign performanceDesign ML pipelines that unlock insights from millions of customer interactionsTechnical Leadership & ArchitectureContribute to technical roadmaps and provide input on architectural decisions for high-volume systemsLead design discussions for new features and platform improvements, ensuring scalability and performanceMake strategic technology decisions on frameworks, tools, and infrastructure that align with business objectivesSystem Development & OptimizationBuild and optimize high-performance, distributed systems that power AI-driven marketing personalizationDevelop intelligent decision engines that understand customer intent and preferencesDrive resolution of technical debt and implement architectural improvements across our platformEnsure our systems maintain high uptime while handling peak traffic loadsTeam Development & MentorshipMentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharingEstablish and champion code quality standards, design patterns, and development workflowsFoster a collaborative learning environment by sharing expertise and best practices across the teamABOUT YOUExperience & Technical Skills4+ years of software engineering experience with modern web technologiesStrong proficiency in at least one of: Python, PHP, or JavaScriptProven experience designing and scaling distributed systems and microservices architecturesSolid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling principlesExperience with message queues, caching systems, and real-time data processingCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS$140,000.00-$160,000.00 annually. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location. In combination with base salary, Cordial's compensation package includes equity and bonus, a robust benefit plan (medical/dental/vision/life), 401k match, flexible time off.
