📋 Description
• Senior Full Stack Software Engineer located in Latin America, responsible for frontend and backend of the AI-powered platform
• Build responsive UI with React.js or Next.js and backend services with Python (preferred) or Node.js
• Integrate third-party services such as Auth0, Stripe, and Hosted Pages, ensuring secure data exchange
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code with comprehensive unit and integration test coverage
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers—to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Take ownership of system architecture decisions, championing best practices in software design, performance optimization, and code quality
• Focus on scalability, security, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
• Advanced proficiency in React.js or Next.js, including SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and API Routes
• Solid experience with TypeScript and modern frontend tooling (e.g., Tailwind CSS, CSS-in-JS, dynamic theming)
• Proven expertise in state management libraries such as Zustand and React Query
• Strong backend development experience using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI); familiarity with Node.js is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable software systems with a focus on performance and reliability
• Excellent debugging, documentation, and testing practices, including familiarity with automated testing frameworks
• Soft skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a desire to learn and teach
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and able to learn quickly
• Ownership and ability to work independently
• Startup experience or work in agile, fast-paced environments
• Bonus skills: Experience with Real-Time updates via Socket.io or similar
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with Agentic AI , any framework (e.g., LangSmith, LiteLLM, etc.)
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
