📋 Description
• About AgelessRx is a longevity-focused telehealth platform with an e-commerce component.
• The Senior Software Engineer, Care & Operations will design, build, and maintain software for patient care delivery and customer acquisition.
• Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and secure for providers and customers.
• Contribute to system architecture, code reviews, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Clinical, and Design to define requirements and improve experiences.
• Develop robust, high-performance code and implement monitoring/logging/alerting.
• Own end-to-end development and operations including pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Proactively identify and fix production issues using data-driven root cause analysis.
• Adhere to HIPAA, FHIR, and security best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and stay current with frameworks and trends.

🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a full stack developer
• Proficiency with .NET, ASP.NET/MVC, JavaScript, C#
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, React, ORMs, Azure cloud services, and Git
• A working knowledge of design patterns, particularly CQRS
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodology
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in a senior or lead software engineering role
