We empower healthcare providers to focus on what matters most—delivering care.We’re a hybrid team based partly in Santa Monica, with teammates distributed across the U.S. and Europe.The Opportunity:As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join a talented team building the core Collectly product, powered by a Python backend and React frontend. You’ll collaborate closely with the founder, engineering leadership, PMs, designers, and the engineering team to deliver high-quality, impactful features that help healthcare providers and patients alike. What you’ll do:Collaborate closely with the founder, PMs, designers, and engineers to design and build a world-class product.Build and ship critical features with focused intent, attention to detail, and an eye toward maintainability and scalability.Fully own your features end-to-end — from requirements and coding to testing, observability, deployment, and ongoing improvement.Shape our engineering culture as we grow.Who You AreYou have 5+ years of experience building complex web applicationsYou have experience building backend systems — ideally with Python and frameworks like FastAPI or Flask, but if your background is in a statically-typed language (e.g., Go, Java, C#), that’s great too.
