📋 Description
• Improve the Office Hours search experience, in collaboration with many teams across the company, including product, design, sales, and client solutions
• Up-level our search system and infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance
• Identify new data sources and pipelines to improve search quality
• Design APIs and internal services to leverage the knowledge graph across the platform
• Architect clean, extensible APIs to accelerate development velocity
• Work on search, discovery, recommendations, data, logistics, payments, and performance

🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Expertise in search and recommendation systems
• Experience with applying GenAI/LLM technologies to search is a plus
• Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
• You can turn user and business problems into engineering solutions
• You’re a self-starter who embraces ambiguity, a fast-paced environment, and solving hard problems
