📋 Description
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, gather user requirements, and enhance application functionality.
• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using PICK Basic, supporting both new initiatives and ongoing system improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Provide technical support to end users and contribute to cross-functional initiatives as needed.
• Apply programming expertise to build efficient, scalable, and reliable digital solutions aligned with project goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define system infrastructure and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Conduct unit testing, participate in code reviews, and engage in debugging to ensure software quality and stability.
• Participate in Agile (SAFE) ceremonies and other development methodologies, contributing to project planning, tracking, and team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in application program development
• Experience with application development support software packages.
• Experience in an Agile Environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
