📋 Description
• Lead development of custom SharePoint solutions, integrations, and workflows
• Redesign and optimize internal corporate intranet using SharePoint Online and On-Premises
• Create and customize web parts, build Power Platform workflows and forms
• Integrate SharePoint with enterprise systems
• Establish developer best practices and governance policies
• Mentor junior developers and serve as technical expert
• Ensure accessibility, performance, and security standards
• Support migrations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance

🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of SharePoint development (Online and On-Premise)
• Proficient in SPFx, C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of information architecture and content management
• Effective communicator with leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience in regulated environments
