📋 Description
• Design and develop scalable and reliable software architectures for complex systems leveraging the Google Cloud Platform.
• Work closely with the development team to design, implement, and test Java-based applications.
• Design and implement data stores and pipelines to process and analyze large volumes of data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Ensure the security and compliance of software systems by following industry best practices.
• Mentor and coach development leads and developers.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and innovations in technology to drive continuous improvement.
• Follow and comply with all security policies and procedures established by the organization, including adherence to HIPAA and HITRUST regulations.

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a software architect; preferably with experience in cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with designing and implementing data pipelines using tools like Apache Kafka, Apache Beam, or cloud-native equivalents.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Experience in healthcare and payer platforms is a plus.
• Experience working in distributed multi-tenant software products is a plus.
• Google Cloud Platform certification is a plus.
