Description
Maxana is looking for a talented Mobile Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that push the boundaries of what's possible. As a Mobile Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring performance and reliability across our applications. You will also be building a mobile application from the ground up for our industry leading client.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement user-centric features
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in mobile applications
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to help evolve our development practices
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability of applications
Requirements
7+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on iOS and Android platforms
Proficiency in either Swift/Objective-C for iOS development or Kotlin/Java for Android development
Familiarity with React Native or Flutter is needed
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration
Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization
Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience working full stack (python/django, javascript, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese is ideal
