📋 Description
• Responsible for leading a quantitative analytics team.
• Establish priorities for the team and assign work to the right resources.

🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, financial engineering, data sciences, predictive modeling, or other quantitative disciplines and at least 6 years minimum of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to influence strategy for data sourcing and anticipate emerging needs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL/NoSQL, advanced Python/R/SAS.
• Leadership capabilities, critical thinking, and superior communication skills.
