📋 Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Java Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance systems that power our telecommunications and contact center operations.
Architect and develop backend services and APIs using Java
Integrate and optimize telephony platforms, including SIP and VoIP systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance call routing, IVR, and real-time analytics
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across contact center applications
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical strategy

🎯 Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in Java development
Strong understanding of telecommunications protocols (SIP, RTP, VoIP)
Familiarity with contact center platforms, CTI integrations, and CRM systems
Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
