📋 Description
• This is a remote position.
• Design and develop scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Integrate backend services with React Native warehouse apps and Angular.js dashboards.
• Provide L2 support in a rotational shift model.
• Strong debugging skills; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development and support activities.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable).
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases; ensure data consistency and performance.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs; ensure secure, scalable backend solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend teams, QA, and business stakeholders in agile sprints.
• Provide L2 support for production issues; incident resolution within SLAs.
• Document runbooks, known issues, knowledge transfer to L1 teams.
• Rotational shift coverage, after-hours/weekend as required.

🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of professional experience as a Java Backend Developer.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP acceptable).
• Familiarity with frontend stacks (Angular.js, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript) for integration purposes.
• Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting backend applications.
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Good to Have: Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or messaging systems.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or e-commerce systems.
• Shift & Support: Rotational shifts; L2 support (20% of time) including incident resolution, debugging, and escalation
