📋 Description
• Responsible for executing software automation development work as assigned, ensuring that internal IT software products are delivered in a fashion consistent with industry/company design, architecture, and quality standards as well as best practices
• Engineer IT Automation software code, ETL code, or web applications solutions by using application development tools.
• Lead efforts to determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code on complex issues
• Determine and lead the design of system specifications, standards, and programming .
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes and formulating alternative solutions in policies and procedures
• Lead project development teams through execution of best practices in software development, mentoring other team members, and ensuring that project deliverables are consistent with architecture, quality, security policies
• Keeps abreast of technical innovation by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Incidental: Other duties as assigned by Leadership

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in related field with 5 years of previous experience in IT demonstrating solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations.
• Experience and training in the specific technologies that will be used for development.
