Partnering with the Manager of Salesforce Operations and the Principal AI Architect, you will implement orchestrated AI agents using Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and DataCloud, and deliver secure, scalable solutions via Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and robust APIs.You will leverage generative AI to enhance efficiency, reduce manual work, and create smarter systems and workflows across our organization.  Candidates with a deep understanding of business operations and workflows are strongly preferred.  You will play a critical role in delivering AI solutions and frameworks that drive transformative business value.  This is a unique opportunity for full-stack development to experiment and solve for multiple use cases, as well as an opportunity to help educate business stakeholders on the power of AI solutions. You will: Design and deploy generative AI solutions to address internal operational challenges, such as automating routine workflows, summarizing data, and generating intelligent recommendations, while balancing speed, function, and long-term scalabilityBuild AI agents and automations with Agentforce (skills, actions, orchestration/guardrails) embedded in Sales/Service/CPQ workflowsImplement Einstein Copilot/Studio solutions (prompt flows, tools, actions) grounded in Data Cloud for retrieval and personalizationCreate and secure APIs (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Pub/Sub) to integrate CPQ, CLM, provisioning, licensing, and finance/ERP, and other systemsCollaborate across teams to flatten data silos and streamline data access including ETL pipelines and automated workflowsBuild RAG-style patterns on Salesforce: indexing relevant objects/data in Data Cloud; implement grounding, safety, and evaluation loopsServe as the technical lead for strategic planning, development, andution of integrating AI solutions across business operationsPartner with business leaders, both technical and non-technical, to understand requirements and translate them into AI-powered solutions.Harden solutions for security/compliance (data residency, PII handling, row‑level access, audit, consentContribute to CI/CD (SFDX, scratch orgs, Git branching), code reviews, and release managementRapid prototyping of generative AI applicationsFull-stack development from proof-of-concept to front-end UIEvaluate, measure, and improve performance on a continuous basisCollaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize new use cases for development and obtain feedback on existing solutionsFine-tune language models and other AI capabilities to address organization-specific needs for custom use casesProvide leadership, mentorship, and education to teams on leveraging AI solutions to improve operational effectiveness, fostering adoption and comfort with new technologies.Work with data scientists and business stakeholders to rigorously evaluate various strategies of optimizing promptsStay up to date on industry developmentsWhat We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field8+ years Salesforce engineering; 3+ years AI/automation at scale; proven delivery in Sales Cloud/Service/CPQ.Proven hands on experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and Salesforce DataCloudStrong Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL; Visualforce for legacy support; deep knowledge of limits and performance tuningProficiency in Python for AI service development; ability to read/extend notebooks; build lightweight APIs (FastAPI/Flask); write evaluation scripts; interact with LLM endpointsAPI design and integration experience (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, External Services;
