📋 Description
• We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the team of one of our international clients, a company dedicated to improving the healthcare experience for patients and clinicians through AI-powered solutions.
• In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mission-critical systems that support healthcare operations and interoperability for numerous clinics and health systems.
• You will be free to define the team's technical direction, develop processes for successful client and partner integrations, and guide the architectural evolution of applications.
• As part of a tight-knit startup, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, solution engineers, client experience managers, and other software engineers to create world-class solutions that meet client needs.
• Their cutting-edge stack includes full-stack TypeScript leveraging NestJS, React, Remix, Tailwind CSS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Pulumi, all on AWS.

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience building robust and scalable full-stack applications, databases, and developer tools.
• Significant experience designing, building, deploying, operating, and maintaining production applications at scale.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript (TypeScript), React, NodeJS (NestJS), and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies (HTTP2, WebSockets, gRPC, GraphQL).
• Experience leaving the codebase better than how you found it through automated testing (ViTest, Cypress, Playwright), continuous deployment, and continuous integration (CircleCI, Github Actions, CodeFresh).
• Exposure in architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact
• Experience with LLMs
