📋 Description
• Build and own features front to back - from Remix/React UI to NestJS/Prisma backend and database layer
• Work within a planned Scrum sprint cycle, participating in sprint planning, standups, and retros
• Bring your perspective to roadmap discussions - help decide what gets built next
• Write clean, tested, production-ready code that ships reliably
• Contribute to a Kubernetes-based stack with Postgres/CockroachDB at its core
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver features that wow users and move the product forward

🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in NodeJS and strong hands-on experience with Remix, React, Prisma, and NestJS
• Ability to move seamlessly between frontend and backend work
• Comfort deploying and maintaining services in Kubernetes
• Database chops with Postgres and/or CockroachDB
• A self-directed mindset, balanced with the discipline to thrive in Scrum
• Proven history of shipping products in a collaborative, iterative environment
• Strong communication skills - you give feedback, take feedback, and aim for the best outcome
