📋 Description
• As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will support our consumer-facing systems for the school store, kids club products, and new school fundraising initiatives.
• In particular we are looking for someone who is a strong front end developer who is also able to make contributions with Python as needed.
• You will play a crucial role in designing and building engaging user experiences to drive customer growth and retention.
• You'll be an essential part of the team working to improve children's literacy across the United States.
• As part of a small team, you'll have many opportunities for personal and career growth while collaborating with industry experts in machine learning and personalization.
• The salary band for this role is $140,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.

🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience defining and leading web application server architecture initiatives
• 3+ years of experience building web applications using React
• Expertise in API and Data Model design
• Proficiency with Front End technologies, including CSS and JavaScript frameworks
• Proficiency with Python
• Strong communication skills to convey architectural perspectives and monitor implementations
• Experience developing tests that ensure performance, quality, and scalability
• Proven success delivering in an agile environment
• Proficiency with tools such as Git, Shortcut/Jira, etc.
• Demonstrated leadership in engineering environments through operational excellence, best practices, and mentoring junior developers
