📋 Description
• Architect scalable, maintainable frontend systems using React
• Lead the frontend side of the Embedded Analytics initiative
• Build a reusable design system with clear documentation and consistent tokens
• Collaborate with Product and Design to turn ideas into intuitive, production-ready experiences
• Set and promote frontend best practices for performance, accessibility, and testing
• Mentor teammates and help shape frontend standards across the team

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with React, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
• Experience with large-scale frontend architectures
• Strong grasp of state management, performance optimization, and component libraries
• Advanced Tailwind CSS skills (semantic HTML, utility-first design, responsive layouts)
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in English (B2+ level or higher) with a U.S.-based team
• Bonus: experience with analytics-heavy UIs, visual regression testing, Figma integrations, or design systems
